We empower individuals to reclaim their stories, step into purpose, and break cycles that create barriers to success.
We equip individuals with the tools to develop their minds and access the freedom that comes from emotional intelligence and self-awareness—transforming their lives into something beautiful.
welcome to today isn’t just our name—it is an invitation to mindful living, healing, and intentional growth. Our vision is unmistakably bold and clear: to empower individuals to reclaim their stories and step into a life of clarity, freedom, presence, and purpose—one mindful moment at a time.
Anthony M. Wiley Jr. is a Chattanooga native, U.S. Navy veteran, and founder of Welcome to Today, LLC—a mindfulness and emotional intelligence company grounded in healing, liberation, and community care.
With a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Bryan College and over a decade of leadership across the nonprofit, creative, and mental health sectors, Anthony brings a rare blend of strategy, soul, and service. He served as Program Director at the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga, leading initiatives in workforce development and family empowerment, and as Director of Mentorship at Dynamo Studios, using music production and storytelling to help youth heal and find their voice.
Anthony has served on the City of Chattanooga’s Police Advisory Review Board, the Public Art Commission, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Pop-Up Project. He was a core organizer in Chattanooga’s 2020 social justice demonstrations and was published in the anthology Why Black Lives Matter (Too), lending his voice to a national conversation on race, justice, and dignity. As an Equity Training Partner with the Chattanooga Racial Equity Collective, he guided institutions through the hard but necessary work of navigating meaningful conversations and developing strategies to dismantle systemic inequities.
Whether facilitating a healing circle, leading worship as Minister of Music at Westside Missionary Baptist Church, or coaching individuals through trauma-informed frameworks, Anthony’s work is rooted in the belief that healing and purpose go hand in hand. His mission remains clear: to prepare the laborers for the harvest—helping individuals access emotional intelligence, live with intention, and reclaim creativity as a sacred act.
