Anthony M. Wiley Jr. is a Chattanooga native, U.S. Navy veteran, and founder of Welcome to Today, LLC, a mindfulness-based leadership and human-centered development firm committed to helping people and systems grow with intention.
With a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Bryan College and over a decade of experience across the nonprofit, creative, and mental health spaces, Anthony brings a grounded approach to leadership that centers people, strengthens culture, and connects purpose to practice. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, with an expected completion in Fall 2026, further deepening his work at the intersection of self-awareness, relational leadership, and systems design.
Anthony previously served as Program Director at the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga, where he led workforce development and family empowerment initiatives designed to expand access and opportunity. As Director of Mentorship at Dynamo Studios, he created spaces for young people to process their experiences through music, storytelling, and creative expression, helping them find both voice and direction.
His commitment to community and civic engagement is reflected in his service on the City of Chattanooga’s Police Advisory Review Board, the Public Art Commission, and the Board of Directors for The Pop-Up Project. He also played a role in organizing Chattanooga’s 2020 social justice demonstrations and contributed to the anthology Why Black Lives Matter (Too), adding his voice to a broader conversation on equity, justice, and human dignity. As an Equity Training Partner with the Chattanooga Racial Equity Collective, Anthony supported organizations in navigating complex conversations and building more equitable, human-centered practices.
Whether facilitating strategic sessions, holding space in a healing circle, leading worship as Minister of Music at Westside Missionary Baptist Church, or guiding individuals through trauma-informed frameworks, Anthony’s work is rooted in a simple belief: when people feel seen, supported, and connected to purpose, both lives and systems begin to change.
